The plot revolves around Earth without the masculine gender. Artificial insemination and genetic engineering are used to produce all humans.
The time machine was developed, and laws forbade the transport of men because the machine only transports one way. During an argument among scientists, an engineer boycotts a formula, and a man from 2023 is brought in "by mistake". People disapprove of the idea of having men around since they blame them for the destruction of the atmosphere, but they cannot send him back.
Integrating him and returning to natural reproduction faces total rejection; finally, the President must take action and solve the problem, at least on the facade.

Synopsis
Frankie, in L.A., receives God's message that he will visit Earth in 30 days for a meeting with the presidents. He has to inform them about it.
To prove the message is real, God performs a miracle for Frankie to convince the leaders. After this, some US authorities are convinced, but the rest of the world thinks the United States wants to invade Mexico with a stunt like that. God grants a convincing around-the-world miracle. Minutes later the world panics and there is 24-hour chaos. The next day, everybody wants to move to Baja to wait for God's visit.
Overwhelmed by the problems the visit created, the leaders are exhausted and desperate because they can't get anything the way they want. It is Frankie's job to ask God to postpone the visit, or not to make it at all. On earth, God is unwelcome.
God laughed and came the next day. When the summit begins, God refuses to see the world's agenda and explains that everything they ask for is human responsibility. God brings up his agenda, reprimanding humans for harming the environment.
Finally, God leaves us with a message of love and a plea to take better care of the planet.
Why wait for God's visit?
